We went to the Backyard BBQ Pit restaurant for lunch. Their web site is a little off-putting—the opening page is oddly high-tech for a BBQ joint—but the food was great.

Croaker . . . hum . . I guess that it's probably this.
No. We didn't have fish. Or chicken. We had BBQ! Pulled pork, pork ribs, collard greens, cole slaw and hush puppies. Wow!
I love the before and after photos. Yummm. Nicely done.
I agree, I'd have the BBQ too........but thanks for the link to the "Croaker". Interesting read, and a recipe, too.
