We've been to skewer restaurants before, but always as part of a multi-stop food tour. So this was my first dedicated skewer stop. Daikichi was a small place with counter seating, the chef behind the counter. Reservation made by Margaret, which was nice because it was still raining . . . no waiting outside.
Very good! Ambiance was relaxed . . . I had a limited conversation with the fellow sitting next to me, wherein I recounted my Japanese lessons in Okinawa.
Definitely a two-beer meal.
