It rained a goodly amount in January, but nothing in February. So rainfall to date has been far below average.
Top photo was taken in the Staples parking lot in San Rafael. I noticed the deep puddle, walked over and dabbled in the water to create the ripples. Both photos taken with an iPhone 7 Plus.
