Seen on Melrose Avenue: street art pasted onto utility boxes. I liked "Headless Sighting" the best, although the "Brains" poster was also very cool.
Also cool: the little "Department of Investigations" seal at the bottom of "Headless Sighting." Another headless photo seen on Flickr.
