San Francisco, Late Afternoon

Walking up from the Embarcadero, turning to see the Bay Bridge looming over lesser buildings.

Then over to Justin Herman Plaza, where the Ferry Building was catching the last rays of the sun streaming down Market Street.

And then to One Market for some vino and vitamin V.

Mike: Beautiful work. I'm from Marin as well (grew up in Novato, went to Marin Catholic High School), and have friends and family who attended St. Rita's in Fairfax. You live in a great, funky town!

I'm currently living in SoCal, just above Malibu, working as a writer, but am dabbling in photography. Your art is so inspiring.

When you have a moment, can you comment about the type of equipment you use?

Best,

Pam:

Yes, Fairfax is certainly, um, special, all right.

I intend to talk about my equipment periodically. Have done so in the past . . . you can check out the "Photography" and "Olympus" labels on the main page. I guess that it's safe to say I'm a total digital convert.

Extra questions, comments . . . feel free.

Mike--these are gorgeous shots, as usual. I especially love the second shot in this post. Great work.

The question is: are these particular images marketable? Very interesting issue. We will have to think about it.
