I've already posted some of these old 50-year photos on the blog. But I thought it would be interesting to return to some of the locations with my small Canon G5X digital camera for a little update. Here's a new photo, taken in June, of the steps to my previous dwelling place on College Avenue. (Rented a room there.)

    It's strange that they've removed the hand-rails, given Berkeley's notorious code vigilance.

    Yes.

    And, too bad that I couldn't get a photo of myself once again at the top of the stairs.
