I'm pretty sure that this is a well-known work of art, but I haven't been able to identify it on Google. (?)

This building was the Unviersity of Mazatlán,or UniMaz, for amny years. It has been abandoned for a good 10 years now. It is becoming very rundown. A pity, because it is a very beautiful example of Mazatlán architecture
